Empty Calories

Reading LLM-generated text is like being fed huge amounts of empty calories in order to receive a tiny fraction of nutrition. Generative AI texts can’t get to the point and everything is either "load-bearing" or at least an "oracle".

Making an LLM write with substance takes work. Making it write with pleasure takes more. Brevity is the first discipline I try to teach my AI agents, and the first one they forget.

I have never read so many words while being so starved for dense food for thought.
